Do not use Crunchyroll sub’s and dubs. Their translations deliberately change from original meaning of anime, to fit their point of political view. Their translators really open about it, you can google and find it easy.
Adding ‘old school’ anime in you library will be nice to see, for old geek like me.

Ghost in the shell movie 1 & 2, tv/ova’s
Sol Bianca
Original TRIGUN
Vampire hunter D
Dominion Tank Police
Hellsing OVA
Origial Evangelion
Cowboy bebop
Things like those, so gen Z & Alpha see good old stuff made with skill and talent that is gone now.
